All artworks sold by Awesome Knots are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted work:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, shape, and dimensions are natural and expected.

  • Product images are provided for reference; colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

We offer:

  • Ready-to-ship wall art

  • Custom commissioned artworks, created specifically to your specifications

Each piece is unique and made with artistic interpretation.

5. Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are created based on the specifications discussed and approved prior to production.

By placing a commission order, you acknowledge that:

  • Custom artworks are made-to-order and non-returnable

  • Once production has started, commissions cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Minor artistic variations are part of the creative process and do not constitute defects

We may share progress photos for approval; however, final artistic decisions remain at the discretion of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

In the event of an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the item.

7. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is offered on all ready-to-ship artworks, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping for custom commissions is calculated on a case-by-case basis and quoted separately.

All artworks are carefully packed with attention to safety and protection. Orders are shipped via trusted local or international carriers.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

  • Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the buyer upon shipment

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, especially for large or high-value pieces.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Custom commissions are final sale and non-refundable

  • Ready-to-ship artworks may be eligible for return only if received damaged or defective

  • We cannot accept returns based on aesthetic preference, size misjudgment, or minor handmade variations

Any damage must be reported within the timeframe stated in the Refund Policy and documented with photos.

10. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, photographs, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Anna Shepelieva / Awesome Knots.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any content or artwork without express written permission.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
