Refund policy

While each piece is created with great care and attention to detail, if for any reason a Ready-to-Ship purchase does not meet your expectations, I offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery, excluding return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Due to the handmade and artisan nature of my work, custom and commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. That said, I make every effort to ensure complete satisfaction throughout the commissioning process. Clients are given ample opportunity to review and approve colors, sketches, materials, and other design elements before production begins. Progress photos are shared during creation to allow for adjustments if needed, and final photos are sent for approval before shipping.

Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse or improper care. As each piece is handmade, slight variations and imperfections may occur; these are a natural part of the process and contribute to the unique character and authenticity of the work.
